A copy of the symposium proceedings that will be published as a volume of Acta Horticulturae (a copy will be mailed to you after the event)
Farm visit, welcome cocktail and closing dinner
Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch during each day of the event. Any extra meals will have to be covered by each attendee.

Cancellations received before September 28, 2017 will be refunded after deducting a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations received before October 28, 2017 will be refunded after deducting a 20% processing fee.
Please note that such refunds will only be processed after the Symposium.
Cancellations received after October 28, 2017 are non-refundable; however, substitutes from the same organization are welcome.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Symposium Secretary either by email or regular mail.
If for any reason the Symposium is canceled or interrupted, the symposium will not be responsible for refunding of airfares and payment of accommodation, and will reimburse other costs in proportion to the canceled activities minus a fair administrative cost.
